(is blurrier even a word?) With Al Gore's new TV network showing 3-8 minute "programs" some done by amateurs some by professionals, and all of it available online and on cable... It's getting harder and harder to tell if what you are watching is TV or web video. And this channel isn't the only thing making that distinction hard.
